Shipping policy

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune) are usually faster.
  • Delivery is managed by Shiprocket. You'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order ships.
  • We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, write to us at dost@mezmatcha.com and we'll sort it out.
