Refund policy
- Because Mez Matcha is a consumable food product, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
- However we genuinely want you to love your matcha. If any of the following apply, reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery:

- Your order arrived damaged or tampered with
- You received the wrong product
- A sachet was open or compromised on arrival
- Email us at dost@mezmatcha.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll either replace the affected items or issue a full refund – your choice, no questions asked.
- We do not offer refunds for:

- Change of mind
- Taste preference (we strongly recommend trying the sweetened version if you're new to matcha)
- Delays caused by the courier after dispatch

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
